Because HealTheir sells food products, returns are limited for safety reasons. We do support customers when an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing, contact support with your order number and unpacking photos where possible.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit depending on the case.
Non-Returnable Cases
Opened food packs, taste preference issues and storage damage after delivery are not eligible for return.
